Most entry roles in this industry teach you to push one product. The useful skill is the other one — knowing why a file will fail before it is submitted, and being willing to say so. That is what you would spend your time on here, across seven service lines rather than one. We are a new firm in Hyderabad and small, which is worth knowing before you apply.

What the job is actually like

Seven service lines, one desk

Credit, working capital, project finance, government schemes, startup finance, licensing and mutual fund facilitation. At a bank you would sit on one product for years.

You will see the whole file

From first eligibility check through documentation, lender selection and sanction — not one stage of someone else’s process. That is how the judgement actually gets built.

No pressure selling, structurally

We hold no exclusive tie to any lender, so nobody here has a product target to hit. You will not be asked to place a file where it does not belong.

Early, and genuinely unformed

The firm is new. Processes are half-written and you will be asked to help write them. If you want a defined role in a settled team, this is honestly not that.

Credit Relationship Manager

Full-timeHyderabad (Hybrid)

Manage end-to-end credit facilitation for individual and business clients. Includes eligibility assessment, lender co-ordination, documentation review, and pipeline management. Experience with home loans, business loans, or LAP preferred.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Commerce preferred)
1–3 years experience in banking, lending, or NBFC environment
Working knowledge of FOIR, LTV, credit bureau reports, and KYC norms
Strong communication skills in English and Telugu

Business Development Executive

Full-timeHyderabad

Identify and develop new client relationships for credit, government scheme advisory, startup finance, and licensing services. Includes channel partner development and referral network management.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years in sales, business development, or relationship management
Understanding of financial services or regulatory services preferred
Self-driven with ability to manage own pipeline and targets

Finance Advisory Intern

Internship (3–6 months)Hyderabad

Support the advisory team across credit facilitation, government scheme research, documentation preparation, and client on-boarding. Stipend provided. Full-time conversion possible based on performance.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Commerce, Finance, or Economics
Basic understanding of personal finance, loans, or investments
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Willing to commit to a minimum 3-month engagement
